SUNDAY 12TH FEBRUARY 2012 - SPECIAL MASS FOR ALL WHO ARE SICK
3.00PM IN BALLYGALL CHURCH .
Parishioners are invited to place the names of their loved ones, friends or neighbours who are ill in the petition box on the altar. The needs and intentions of all named on the petitions will be prayed for at this Mass There will also be blessing and annointing of the sick.
This is a time when we come together as a parish community in prayer and support for those who are suffering physically or mentally and their families who are caring for them.
If you know someone who would like to come please let them know and invite those who are housebound to participate through our internet broadcast on My Ballygall TV
The following prayers will be central to the event.

Fr. Tony's Last PPC Meeting |

Before his departure for pastures new, Fr. Tony Power attended his last Parish Council Meeting on Ballygall at the end of August. Marie Cunningham, Chairperson, of Ballygall PPC paid tribute to Fr. Tony and the enormous contribution he made during his time with us. The PPC presented Fr. Tony with a gift and of course there was 'Ciste Milis'

Our departing curate Fr. Tony Power celebrated his last Sunday Mass in Ballygall at 12 noon Mass on Aug 28th. At the Mass, Marie Cunningham, Chairperson of Ballygall Parish Pastoral Council, paid tribute to Fr. Tony, for his kindness, his generosity, his humour, his wisdom and his inspirational leading of congregational singing at weekday Mass. The congregation and the parish joined in thanking Fr. Tony and wishing him good health, happiness and prayerful ministry in his new parish.
