CLUSTERING: Apostolic Visitation

A representation of Chairpersons of Pastoral Councils were invited to a meeting with Cardinal Sean O’ Malley and his team in All Hallows on Sun 20th February and Monday 21st February.  The Deanery of Fingal South West was represented by the Chairpersons of Ballygall and Phibsboro Parish Councils.

The purpose of the meeting was to share the thoughts and feelings of the Parish Councils on (a) The Apostolic Visitation, (b) The Murphy Report, (C) Renewal in our church.

All of the Chairpersons met in Our Lady of Victories Parish to elect the representatives.  Each Parish Council  prepared a written submission from their respective Councils .   The Chairpersons from Ballygall and Phibsboro then presented a report to the  Cardinal on behalf of the Deanery of Fingal South West.  A full report of the submission will be available after our next Parish Council Meeting on the 24th March.
